Eligibility:
QQSJ’s are a benefit for all of our members. Only travelers who are enrolled in the entire program can be accommodated on Quantum Quest Shamanic Journeys. Our journeys are designed for adults however; you may bring your child on
some journeys as long as they are disciplined. Regardless of a child’s age the full price of the program needs to be paid. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18.
What is Included in your journey.
Pre-tour information
What is not included in the Journey cost and air fares. If there is an air fare such as to Paracas or other areas it will be listed on the journey
Passport fees, visas, and visa photos as required.
Personal items and alcoholic beverage are okay on a social basis but, drunkenness and drugs are not tolerated.

Registration:
Space is reserved in the order of receipt of reservation request
Please send in registration and deposit. Call if you have questions.
Submitting an online request does not guarantee your space for the journey. A
Registration form with your deposit holds your space.
Payments Deposits vary per journey they are spelled out clearly on registration form.
If on the Inka Trail payment must be received 120 days prior to the trek.
All other journeys: payment must be received 90 days prior.
Late Registration:
Due to the nature of tour operators, suppliers, payment schedules, any registration received within 30 days of departure may not guarantee your space.
Flight information:
If you are using Quantum Quests travel agent – you must let QQSJ’s know on the registration form and once your registration and deposit are received we will send you our affiliate flight contact information. Flight fees are paid
directly to the travel agency and they will mail the flight information directly to you.

Note about Costs:
Tour costs are based upon current tariffs, currency values, and on the basis of a minimum number of participants. While we do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, they are subject to change although this has never
occurred.
Waiting list:
If the program of your choice is full subscribed, you will be placed on a waiting list. If you choose to withdraw from the waiting list, please notify us. We will call you if a space becomes available.
Design a journey: We can create a journey to fit your particular needs and need time to serve your wishes. Please do not hesitate to discuss this with us.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: (Please see registration form for details)
Per person cancellation fees are based on date of notice to Quantum Quest Shamanic Journeys
Cancellation within 14 day of booking $400.00 deduction.
Inka Trail: moneys are disbursed upon receipt of your registration and the $500.00 application fee is non-refundable. This fee is not the same as the $1,000 deposit.
Flight Information:
Over the years, QQSJ’s travelers have become more independent, often making their own travel arrangements to meet the tour group. Therefore, we no longer feature a designated group flight on many tours. However, a group transfer
from the arrival airport to the hotel is included in your tour cost to Cuzco; if you stay in Lima the expenses will not be paid as it is not part of your itinerary.
Please check airline cancellation penalties before purchasing airline tickets since international departure times and flights can change.
Physical and Medical Considerations:
Please note that these journeys require that participants be in good physical health: you must be capable, without assistance, of walking a minimum of one mile over uneven terrain and of climbing stairs that may not have handrails.
Participants should have sufficient stamina to keep pace with an active group or travelers on long days of touring.
Itinerary or Program Modifications
Quantum Quest Shamanic Journeys strives to make your journey a memorable and with relative ease. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to change or alter the schedule. We reserve the right to
change the itineraries and to substitute hotels. Every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned but we find that if we go with the flow or ‘spirit’ then there are always magical surprises.
Singles and Roommates:
Hotel rooms are always reserved for double occupancy however; a number of single rooms may be available. If you prefer a single room please let us know when you send your registration, in this way we will know in advance and can
accommodate you. This will require and additional fee.

Participants on QQSJ’s may be photographed for the educational & promotional purposes of Quantum Quest Shamanic Journeys. If this is a problem let us know in advance.
Smoking Policy:
For the comfort of all participants, we ask that there be no smoking during all group activities, including excursions and meals.
